Hu & Hu collects and sells used books at our Cao Bao Lu shop. We currently have over 5,000 books for sale. Most books are in English, but we also have some in French, German, Spanish, Swedish, and other languages. There's a large collection of children's and teenagers' books.
The books sell for RMB10 each, and all proceeds go to various charities affiliated with children, medical, and educational purposes.
We also welcome donations of books! Please drop off at our Anfu Lu shop (201 Anfu Lu) or Cao Bao Lu shop.

The long-awaited #9 subway line has opened at last! To come to Hu & Hu, please take it to the “Xingzhong Road” stop (星中路站), use exit 3 to come up, and you’ll be very near our scruffy alley #1885 on Cao Bao Lu. Walk into the alley about 300 meters and our shop is on the right side (No. 8). If you would like more detailed directions, please call us on 3431 1212.<br/><br/>
Please note #9 line connects to #3, #4, and #1 lines. #9 line runs from Songjiang to Century Blvd. in Pudong.
